Andrew Hammond is Group Director of Inclusive Learning at OFG Education. He spent more than 25 years as a teacher and senior leader, including serving as Headteacher in both maintained and independent schools. A prolific author, Andrew has published extensively on education and regularly speaks at conferences in the UK and internationally. He is particularly interested in the power of school culture and truly personalised education to help young people develop their strengths and prepare for successful futures.
